I recently stayed at this hotel and found a lot of great things about it, like the friendly staff and central location. The rooms were clean, but I felt they could have been larger, as it was a bit noisy. The dining options were quite limited and didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it's a nice place for business travelers, but there's definitely room for improvement in several areas.
I had a pretty mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic for my business meetings and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, my first impression was dampened by some issues with the room, as I had water flooding in the bathroom and it took a while to get a response from the reception. Overall, while it has its strengths, there are definitely areas for improvement, especially for a brand-name hotel.
Overall, the hotel was in a fantastic location with great access to King Fahd road, making it easy to navigate around. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating, but the experience was marred by a lack of coffee machines in the rooms, and the cleanliness on arrival wasn't up to par. While the dining area offered good food, the limited variety left something to be desired. It was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

However, I had some issues with air conditioning and bathroom flooding in my room, which was frustrating. The service was decent with friendly staff, but they need to improve their responsiveness.
